Kim Kreissig is Managing Broker of Kreissig Real Estate Sales as well as the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Partners, which she founded in January 2013. Since 2004, she consistently earned Top Producer status with her previous firm and in 2013 was awarded the Platinum Club Award with RE/MAX. In 2016, Kim was recognized with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award reserved for top producing agents. Kim’s hallmark is building long-standing, quality relationships with her clients. As well, Kim and her husband Peter run a diversified group of investment, development, and construction companies in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Kim’s knowledge of, and passion for, the development industry along with her competent and well-respected presence as a real estate broker gives her the winning edge. Their current project, Rocky Peak Village are 3-4 bedroom townhomes located between Steamboat’s ski mountain and downtown and have beautiful finishes and incredible views. Kim’s unique insight and understanding of the fluid nature of Steamboat’s real estate market lets her bring the very best of opportunities to her buyers and sellers. Cheryl is a seasoned business professional. She is an owner at RE/MAX Partners and runs the business operation. Cheryl’s background is in computer software and accounting. For many years she worked at IBM as a systems engineer, technical manager, and operational executive. Following she worked as Operations VP for seven different venture-funded technology start-ups. She has a wealth of experience with hiring, organizing, and setting up operational procedures. Cheryl moved to Steamboat Springs in 1991 and became a full-time resident in 1996. She has worked in business management capacities for Kim and Peter Kreissig since 2003.

Joan Hart was the 2015 Chair of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and is a state director for the Colorado Association of Realtors. Joan is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and launched her career in Minneapolis where she began specializing in integrated marketing and sales campaigns for diverse companies and industries. After a move to Colorado, she transformed her sales and marketing experience into a real estate career. Joan is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to her clients and finds great satisfaction helping people achieve their goals of buying and selling real estate. A Steamboat resident since 2004, Joan has earned her Certified Residential Specialist designation, is an involved member of the community and enjoys showing clients the best of the Yampa Valley. Joan and her husband have two children and enjoy skiing, hiking, rafting and all that the mountain lifestyle has to offer.

Kelda is the assistant to Kim Kreissig, where she works not only with clients but behind the scenes to ensure each closing is a successful and enjoyable experience. She has been in the real estate business in Steamboat Springs for the past 2 years and previously spent several years in sales at SmartWool – a locally based Outdoor Apparel company. Kelda has spent many years honing her customer service skills, starting at a young age at her parents’ hardware store in Kadoka, South Dakota. She believes in being friendly, professional and courteous not just to clients but everyone she works with. She is excited to build on her experience with the knowledgeable, energetic team at RE/MAX. Kelda attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO, and has lived in Steamboat Springs for 15 years. When she’s not working, she and her husband and son enjoy skiing, hiking and taking in local music and other community events.
